Surabhi is a legal professional who holds a degree in BA LLB and LLM from Bharati Vidyapeeth New Law College, Pune. Her practical exposures in High and Lower courts made her sensitive towards legal awareness, empowering women and nurturing children for a better future. During her experience, she witnessed how lack of resources and support can lead to a life that lacks justice and dignity. These observations deeply influenced her and strengthened her long-lasting dream of establishing an organisation. She firmly believes that empowering women and children is not just a social responsibility but a cornerstone of building a just, balanced and a progressive society. With integrity, compassion and dedication, she is committed to driving meaningful and sustainable change through Rudraani Foundation.

Pritha brings nearly seven years of experience in research and content writing, shaped by a strong academic foundation and diverse field exposure. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature from Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University, Pune, and a Master’s degree in Development from Azim Premji University, Bengaluru. She specializes in livelihood, gender dimensions and education domain. Her work reflects a unique balance between the social and corporate sectors, with a significant part of her career spent engaging deeply with migratory communities across Maharashtra and Karnataka. Raised in a family of educators, Pritha always felt a strong pull towards working with rural schools - envisioning them as vibrant spaces that nurture holistic growth and offering a safe space for women who can express independently and whose silence can be heard. This conviction eventually led her to co-found an NGO focused on advancing the wellbeing of youth and women from underserved communities, supporting their journey towards mainstream inclusion.
