Upcoming Projects
1. The Rural School Newsletter Initiative
(Flagship Program)
The Rural School Newsletter Initiative is a creative literacy and expression program designed to give children a voice. Through monthly themes, students are encouraged to write, draw, reflect, and share their ideas, perhaps for the very first time. The newsletter becomes a safe and joyful space where children explore their thoughts, document their realities, and discover confidence in their own expression. By showcasing student-created content, the initiative nurtures critical thinking, communication skills, teamwork, and self-belief, especially among children from underserved communities. More than a publication, the newsletter is a tool for inner growth - helping young minds recognize their unique spark and empowering them to engage with the world thoughtfully and courageously.

2. Young Innovators from Rural India
This initiative is a student-led innovation platform designed to bring the spirit of creativity, problem-solving, and entrepreneurship to rural schools. Inspired by similar initiatives in urban private schools (called young shark tanks), this program creates a space where students from rural private and government schools identify real challenges from their own communities and present practical, innovative solutions. Through guided mentorship, idea-building workshops, and presentation forums, students learn to think critically, collaborate, and confidently express their ideas. The initiative celebrates locally rooted knowledge drawing from agriculture, environment, livelihoods, and everyday rural realities while nurturing leadership, creativity, and social responsibility. The initiative ensures that the children are not just the participants in development, but also the active innovators shaping solutions for their own communities.
“Young Minds. Rural Roots. Bold Solutions.”
3.Women’s Entrepreneurship and Financial Literacy
(WEFL) Program
The Women’s Entrepreneurship and Financial Literacy Program empowers women to achieve economic independence through financial awareness, collective strength, and entrepreneurial opportunity. Rooted in the Self-Help Group (SHG) model, the program supports women who aspire to start small-scale businesses by equipping them with practical financial skills, business knowledge, and access to resources.

4.Legal and Social Awareness initiative
We equip communities with practical knowledge about their rights, responsibilities, and access to public services. Through simple, community-led sessions, the initiative enables informed decisions, stronger participation, and confident navigation of social and legal systems.
